With over than 10 years of experience in co-founding and managing businesses across several industries, Wissam Jubaili has been leading the Jubaili Agrotec Group (JAG) since its inception in 2002.

His leadership skills are complemented by his extensive experience in sales, after working as a Sales Director at Jubaili Agrotec from 2004 to 2007.

Wissam holds a Bachelor’s degree of Science in General Business at Excelsior College in New York, U. S., where he gained exceptional skills in negotiation, business management, and delegation.

Wissam carried the business expansion strategy throughout the years, his substantial expertise in cross-cultural communication, problem-solving, and leadership are the result of the key roles he played in the establishment of Zircon Development and a managing partner at both Jubaili Agrotec Group and Jadestone. 

With over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate finance, management, budgeting, analytical finance, and global purchasing. Lara graduated from the Lebanese American University (LAU) with a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Her extensive academic background and exceptional skills enable her to achieve the title of Certified Director from IFC in 2021. In 2004, Lara became one of the co-founders of Jubaili Agrotec in Africa and contributed to the substantial growth, expansion, and success of the parent company, Jubaili Agrotec Group (JAG).

Since 2020, Lara has been working with shareholders to take Jubaili Agrotec Group (JAG) to the next level, from a family business to a global brand.

He is an ex-PwC senior Partner in the UAE and was with the firm in Dubai and London for over 35 years. Amin is also the Senior Adviser for the PwC Middle East Entrepreneurial and Private Clients and leads the firm’s Family Business Forum in the region, responsible for developing the firm’s activities in Family Business Advisory. Amin was also a member of the PwC Middle East Leadership team and a director in the PwC Middle East Region Board.

Amin’s experience with Family Businesses in the Middle East is considerable. Over the last 30 years, he has worked with a large number of Families advising them on key Family issues such as Continuity, Succession Planning and Conflict Management. He has also helped these Families establish their Ownership governance and their Family Constitution or Protocols. He also has a wide range of business advisory and corporate finance experience gained in the UAE and in the UK in a variety of business sectors.
